Cancellation Policy

Cancellation.

To cancel your membership, simply click on the person/account icon in the top right corner of the platform. 

Once you click the icon and see your account info, scroll to the bottom where it says “Cancel Subscription”. Click this button and it will take you to a screen displaying our Cancellation Policy.

Click the button at the bottom “Confirm Cancellation” to cancel your subscription.

When “Cancellation Received” is displayed at the top of the page, your subscription has successfully been cancelled. On that same page, you will be asked your “Reason for Cancellation”. However, your account has already been successfully cancelled, whether or not you submit a “Reason for Cancellation”.

If you do not see “Cancellation Received” displayed at the top of your page, please try again, or email [email protected] for more help cancelling your account.  

Cancellation Policy.

Our Cancellation Policy allows you to request cancellation at any time. 

Once cancellation is submitted and “received”, as described in the “Cancellation” section of our “Terms & Conditions”, your account will be cancelled after the next monthly billing cycle has been completed.
